We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re happy to assist—please review our policy below before sending anything back.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of receipt.
• Product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
• Return must be authorized in advance by our Customer Service team.

To request a return:

Email info@kiindcompany.com with:

• Full name
• Email address
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return (name or product ID)
• Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email.
Unauthorized returns will be refus

ed.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Please use a carrier with tracking; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
• Ship items in a bubble mailer or sturdy box—not paper envelopes.
• Packages sent with postage due will be refused.

Refunds & Restocking

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Refunds are issued as store credit only within 30 business days after we receive and process your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@kiindcompany.com.

If approved, we will cover return shipping.
Credits for defective items will include applicable shipping charges in the form of store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items not purchased directly from kiindcompany.com
• Free or promotional items
• Products marked non-returnable
• Items opened, used, soiled, damaged, or with broken seals
• Products damaged by fire, smoke, heat, improper handling, or storage
• Items denied by Customs (domestic or international)

Important Notes

• All credits are issued as store credit only—no cash refunds.
• Unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused and returned to sender.
• Credit is issued at the sole discretion of Kiind.
